Rationality interaction management: behavior paradigm.

Abstract

The search for cognitive tools for managerial cooperation marks the normative paradigm that identifies some axiological guidelines for rational management («as needed») as necessary, but not sufficient for the needs of management of human-dimensional systems. The paper notes that the inclusion of research in orbit management of behavioral paradigms, will capture behavioral landscape subject to different management situations with regard to its irrational nature («as is»).
